Del Rio Texas: A USDA prime brisket with very good marbling smoked over aged mesquite for 14 hours. We also roasted some tomatoes and peppers to make salsa.

Now you can wow your friends and family with the best salsa this side of the Rio Grande. The tomatoes, peppers and cilantro are locally grown. We have decided not to bother with growing onions and garlic due to that they rarely need any pesticides. It would be really hard for us to grow in this area also.
